1st Quarter 2015
The build out of the shop has been completed.
The field service trailer is now fully tooled including an eighty-inch lathe, with a swing capacity of thirty inches and a spindle hole of 4 1/8 inch.
We purchased a new AVK and received the associated training. We modified the clamped devices and retrofitted all equipment to stand up to higher temperatures. This equipment will allow us to field test safety valves.
We rounded out our torqueing capabilities to include a new ten-thousand-foot pound rad gun as well as an array of new torque wrenches. All valves leaving out facility are torqued to manufacturer’s specifications.
Safety remained strong with one near miss, zero accident or injuries, and no first-aid was administered.
